Discover the new and renovated Tourist Apartment Building at 14 Leoncillos Street in Seville! We have completely transformed both the apartments and the common areas to meet all the desires of our guests. The building’s renovation has preserved and enhanced its characteristic elements while modernizing all services and facilities.

With three floors and a convenient elevator connecting them, our building features three apartments, one on each floor. But that’s not all. On the second floor, we have created a small swimming pool where you can cool off, and we have installed comfortable outdoor furniture for you to relax on. From this terrace, you can climb a staircase that will take you to a fantastic solarium with sun loungers and artificial grass, where you can enjoy incredible views of Seville, including its majestic cathedral and the famous Giralda. These spaces are exclusive for our guests, and both the swimming pool and the solarium are open year-round. In addition, from April 1st to November 2nd, we provide pool towels as part of the apartment amenities.

We have equipped the building with services that add additional value to your stay. Our luggage storage and electronic access provide you with greater freedom and autonomy. Now, arriving at the building and leaving your luggage is not dependent on the check-in time, and on the day of your departure, you won’t have to carry your luggage until your flight or train departure time. At the Tourist Apartments Building on Leoncillos Street 14, we strive to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible.

High-quality interior

The floors in the living rooms and bedrooms are made of wooden parquet to provide warmth during winter and a cool sensation during summer. The bathrooms are equipped with spacious showers, glass enclosures, and electric towel warmers. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and utensils to prepare almost anything you desire. It includes a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and an extractor hood for smoke ventilation. The television is a 49″ Smart TV. There is WiFi and Ethernet connection available for those who need a more stable connection during their stay.

How to get there 

From the airport:

There are two ways to get to the apartment.

The first one is by bus. If you choose this option (the most economical but time-consuming), you need to take the Airport Bus to Santa Justa train station (from there, you should follow the directions we provide from Santa Justa). There is only one bus from the airport called EA, and its stop is located outside the arrivals area. The frequency is every 23 minutes, and it operates from 4:30 AM to midnight. The price is 4.00€ per person per trip, and the duration of the journey is approximately 15-20 minutes to Santa Justa. You can purchase the ticket on the bus itself.

The second way is by taxi to get from the airport to the apartment. There is a set fare for journeys from the airport to any point in the city of Seville. From Monday to Friday, the fare is 22.00€, while on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, it is 24.50€. They may charge additional fees for luggage, although it is not customary.

From Santa Justa train station:

If you’re traveling light, you can easily walk to the apartment from Santa Justa train station. It’s about a 15-minute walk. Otherwise, you should look for the bus stop number 32, which is about 100 meters in the opposite direction of the station. You need to take bus number 32 towards the city center (Plaza del Duque). The rate is €1.40 per person. You can buy the ticket from the bus driver. You should get off at the stop located on Gonzalo Bilbao Street and walk in the same direction as the bus for about 3 minutes along Puñón Rostro Street until you reach Leoncillos Street.
