Cancellation policy:

  • If canceled more than 30 days in advance, a 100% refund of the stay will be issued.
  • If canceled more than 14 days in advance, a 95% refund of the stay will be issued.
  • If canceled more than 7 days in advance, a 25% refund of the stay will be issued.

Apartment floor plan:

The apartment has access from the second floor and features one bedroom, one bathroom, a living room-kitchen area, and a private terrace with a Jacuzzi. It occupies the entire second floor of the building.

The master bedroom features a high-quality double bed with double pillows and dimensions of 150×200 cm. It has a small wardrobe/hanging space for clothes and a large street-facing window with devices to completely darken the room.

The living room-kitchen is the central element that organizes the apartment. It has a gable roof with wooden beams. The kitchen serves as the organizing element of the space, acting as the axis between the living area and the private terrace.

There are two options for dining: enjoying the meal at an outdoor table on the terrace or using the bar counter set up in the kitchen.

The living room is very bright, as the windows located on the two opposite facades provide a lot of natural light.

It is equipped with a 49-inch Smart TV connected to the internet. There is an Ethernet connection available for those who require a more stable connection during their stay. In the living room, you have a spacious dining table that accommodates up to 6 diners.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator with freezer, ceramic hob, and microwave. We have equipped it with the necessary utensils and with the most common small appliances (toaster, coffee maker, kettle, etc.). Lastly, for coffee enthusiasts, we have provided a Nespresso coffee machine. We will leave some coffee capsules for your arrival, although you are welcome to bring your own favorite ones.

The bathroom features a spacious shower with a rainfall effect, a sink with drawers, and a toilet. We have also installed towel warmers in both bathrooms, both for warming towels and for heating the bathroom. In the drawers of the sink, you will find a hairdryer.

The terrace is the main feature of the apartment. It has a surface area of 20.00 m², and the Jacuzzi is located on the terrace. We have set up a table for 4 diners and two sun loungers for resting and/or sunbathing. The Jacuzzi, which can accommodate 2 people, is located outdoors and has several jet systems. We will explain how it works when you arrive at the apartment.

The interior of the apartments features high-quality finishes and materials. The floors in the living rooms and bedrooms are made of wooden parquet to provide warmth during winter and a cool sensation during summer. The windows are made of high-quality double-glazed PVC to insulate sound and maintain the room’s temperature.

The apartment’s Wi-Fi is high-speed and very stable, as it is an optical fiber installation.

The air conditioning is centralized with a system that allows temperature regulation in each room or even turning it off (Airzone system).

The apartment has two hot water systems in case one of them fails. The primary heater is a gas heater, and the secondary one is an electric storage heater.

For access to the apartment, you can either use the keypad to enter the code or use the keys that we will provide you with.
