Cancellation policy:

  • If canceled more than 30 days in advance, a 100% refund of the stay will be issued.
  • If canceled more than 14 days in advance, a 95% refund of the stay will be issued.
  • If canceled more than 7 days in advance, a 25% refund of the stay will be issued.

Apartment floor plan:

The apartment, which is accessed from the first floor, consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchen, occupying the entire first floor of the building.

The master bedroom features a high-quality double bed with double pillows and dimensions of 150×200 cm. The other two bedrooms are equipped with high-quality beds measuring 90×200 cm and double pillows. All rooms have a small wardrobe/hanging space to store clothes, and wide windows facing the street with devices to completely darken the room. In one of the bedrooms with single beds, we have installed a writing desk for work enthusiasts.

The living room and kitchen area is the most representative feature of this apartment. It is spacious and very bright due to its two balconies facing the street. It is equipped with a 49-inch Smart TV connected to the internet. There is an Ethernet connection available for those who require a more stable connection during their stay. In the living room, you have a spacious dining table that accommodates up to 6 diners.

The kitchen is located on one side of the living room. It is an open kitchen to the living room and is equipped with all the necessary equipment to meet the needs of a group of 6 guests.

In particular, it has a dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator with freezer, ceramic hob, and microwave. We have equipped it with the necessary utensils and with the most common small appliances (toaster, coffee maker, kettle, etc.). Lastly, for coffee enthusiasts, we have provided a Nespresso coffee machine. We will leave some coffee capsules for your arrival, although you are welcome to bring your own favorite ones.

Both bathrooms in the house have similar features and sizes. Both bathrooms feature spacious showers with a rainfall effect, a sink with drawers, and a toilet. We have also installed towel warmers in both bathrooms, both for warming towels and for heating the bathroom. In the drawers of the sink, you will find a hairdryer.

The interior of the apartments features high-quality finishes and materials. The floors in the living rooms and bedrooms are made of wooden parquet to provide warmth during winter and a cool sensation during summer. The windows are made of high-quality double-glazed PVC to insulate sound and maintain the room’s temperature.

The apartment’s Wi-Fi is high-speed and very stable, as it is an optical fiber installation.

The air conditioning is centralized with a system that allows temperature regulation in each room or even turning it off (Airzone system).

The apartment has two hot water systems in case one of them fails. The primary heater is a gas heater, and the secondary one is an electric storage heater.

For access to the apartment, you can either use the keypad to enter the code or use the keys that we will provide you with.
