Experiences in Seville
The building is located on Leoncillos Street, in the neighborhood of Santa Catalina, in the vicinity of one of the ancient city gates (Puerta Osario), within the historical center of the city. This location on the outskirts of the ancient walled city is advantageous for street parking and places it within a 10 to 15-minute walking distance from the central train station of Seville (Santa Justa).
Near the building, at a distance of just 200 meters, you will find one of the most beautiful “corrales de Vecinos” (traditional communal courtyards) that the city preserves, known as “Corral del Conde.” Also, very close to the building, within a 3-minute walk, you will find one of the most incredible Sevillian palaces in the city, the “Casa Pilatos” Palace.
The area is characterized by a large number of convents where pastries and sweets are sold.
The Cathedral, the Giralda, and the Alcázar are located 12 minutes away from the building.
The modern Metropol Parasol, also known as the “Seville Mushrooms”, is also very close, just a 5-minute walk away. At the Metropol, there is a market for fresh produce. There is also a large supermarket open from 9:30 am to 9:30 pm from Monday to Saturday, located 6 minutes away. Additionally, there is an Arrefour Express located 2 minutes away, which is open every day of the week from 10:00 am to 11:00 pm.
In the area, there are good restaurants such as El Rinconcillo, Becerrita, Baco, and El Traga, as well as traditional bars like Entre Dos Hermandades and Los Claveles. You also have two supermarkets very close to the building. One is a small one that opens every day until 11:00 pm, and the other is a larger one that opens from Monday to Saturday until 9:30 pm.
The most important monuments of the city are located within a 10 to 12-minute walking distance. However, for those who prefer to use public transportation, there is a bus stop for the C5 bus just 100 meters away from the building. This bus connects the building with all the city’s monuments, including Casa Pilatos, Iglesia del Salvador, Catedral y Giralda, Plaza de Toros de la Maestranza, Torre del Oro, Palacio San Telmo, Plaza de España, Alcázar, Museo de Bellas Artes, Alameda de Hércules, Mercado de la Calle Feria, Iglesia de San Luis de los Franceses, and Metropol Parasol.
